The classic white tee is well, a classic! But how many classic white tees can you own before you become a little bored of this basic staple? Here are three simple additions to jazz up any plain white t-shirt, perfect for those bulk sets of tees that come in three-packs!
Want to make a flirty tank top or beach cover up? Cut off the sleeves and down the seams of your t-shirt. Sew the lace to each end of the open gap on both sides. If you’re looking for a more modest option, just leave the seams as they are, and sew the lace directly onto the sides of the tee!
To add a little bohemian flair to any plain tee, all you need is some gorgeous floral ribbon! Just line the top band of the pocket and the bottom band of the tee with one of our embroidered jacquards. Try our 18mm Imported Floral Jacquard, 13mm Jacquard with Picot Edge or 35mm Imported Floral Jacquard!
Pump up the glam factor by adding some sparkle to your sleeves! Sew clusters of assorted sew-ons to just the sleeves or the pocket of the tee for some understated edge!
Now that boring white tee is anything but! How will you be wearing your white tee?
Love the first one! I can’t wait till the weather warms up so I can try it. I might try it with an XXL so that way I can wear it as a bathing suit coverup!
Love that idea!
I like the first one too! This looks like a lot of fun. I was looking for a way to use my old T’s… 🙂
Now you have at least three!! Send us a photo of your finished tees!
Pretty good idea!
Thanks!
great ideas, the first one is perfect for if you need an extra inch or two in your tee as well!!
Awesome observation Amy. We didn’t even THINK of that added benefit!
