During the winter you want your toes to be cozy and warm, but you also want your feet looking fashionable! So what’s a girl to do when the only slipper options leave something to be desired? DIY them of course! This simple and easy DIY only takes about 30 minutes to complete, but the transformation is incredible!
What You’ll Need:
Slippers
Beaded Trim With Fur Edge #57507
Needle
Thread
Scissors
1. Measure your fur trim across the top of the slipper, leaving an extra inch on both sides.
2. Fold over the extra inch on one side, and sew your way across the top of the slipper. Repeat the same fold over the opposite end.
3. Cut the black fabric tape off of your faux fur cordedge.
4. Wrap the faux fur cordedge around the back of the slipper, and cut off any excess.5. Sew the cordedge across the back of the slipper with the ends of the cordedge sewn behind the faux fur trim.
See what we mean? These slippers are lush, luxe, and if their soles weren’t as soft as clouds, you might even want to wear them out! Grab your materials and get ready to lounge in style!
These are so pretty! I have a pair of similar slippers from Target that I love! Maybe once my faux fur vest wear out, I’ll make something similar!
