6.5 by 7.75″ Oval Buckram Frame in White Mesh
1.5″ Stretch Sequins #16709 in Kelly
Mundial 8.5″ Dressmaker Shears Scissors
STEPS:
Wrap sequin trim around the fascinator base
Once the sequin trim is wrapped around, cut it on a slight angle
Now apply Magna Tac glue onto your cut piece of sequin trim.
Wrap the glued trim around the base adding light pressure throughout
Repeat these steps for the remainder of the sequined cap.
TIP: If you are having difficulty wrapping the sequin trim, you can wrap both sides individually.
BONUS TIP: For the last piece you may want to cut your trim into two pieces. This will allow you to focus on one side at a time.
Wait for the hat to dry prior to wearing.
