The design on the nailhead almost looks and feels like overlapping beveled squares. The trim is made on an adhesive backing that can be activated in a few simple steps. Lay the trim on your desired fabric, and place a piece of cloth between the iron and trim. Leave the iron on top of the trim for 1 minute, and the glue will melt and adhere to the fabric.
