Heat Seal Film Instructions

1. Select a design you like and flip it horizontal. You can do this in paint, which comes with every computer and laptop.
2. Print the design and place it on top of a flat surface such as a table.
3. Tape down all four corners onto the flat surface.

-Note: This will keep the design from moving around when you're working with the rhinestones.

4. Remove the clear sheet from the white sheet and place it on top of the design with the sticky side facing up.

-Note: Make sure you have enough to cover the entire design.

5. Using a tweezer, pick up the appropriate rhinestone with the multi-facet side down. Carefully trace your design using the rhinestones and place it on top of the clear sheet. Continue until your design is finished.

-Note: You can use any tweezer, but a bent nose tweezer works best.

6. Once you're finished with your design, plead off the tape from the clear sheet.
7. Select a garment that you would like to iron-on the design to.
8. If you have already selected a garment, lay the garment flat on the ironing board.
9. Place the design on top of the desired area with the sticky side facing down.

-Note: You should see the multi-facet side faced up.

10. Once the design has been laid on top of the desired area, place a cloth over the clear sheet.

-Note: The cloth should cover the design and the clear sheet.

11. With an iron set on high and no steam, add constant pressure over the design for approximately 30 seconds.
12. Let it cool and then remove the cloth.
13. Flip the garment inside out. Lay the cloth over the design area and add constant pressure, using the iron for approximately 30 seconds.
14. Let it cool and then flip it inside out again and repeat step 11. Once that's done, let the garment cool and you're done. You can then remove the clear sheet.
