4 Ways to Embellish Back to School: Calendar

Buying a new calendar every year can be a hassle. First you need to find one you like, and then, a mere twelve months later, it goes in the trash. Make a reusable version, that you’re sure to love for years to come using ribbons and a frame.

What You’ll Need:

Frame
1.5” Grosgrain Ribbon
E6000
Scissors
Marker Board Pens

1. Take the back of the frame out, and lay it out. You will work directly on this piece.DSC_02402. Using the ribbons, create a weave pattern. Make sure you 7 rows going across, and at least 5 rows of boxes going down.

 DSC_02484. Glue it to the frame back, and let it dry.DSC_02505. Put board in frame and using an erasable marker write down the month, days of the week, and days.
