Twinkling Tee

Instructions

1. Set garment on flat surface and create desired design on paper.
2. Remake design using sew-on jewels directly onto garment. Use single or double-sided tape to hold jewel position.
3. Sew jewels directly onto fabric, removing tape strips along the way.
