4 1/2" Four Tier Loop Fringe

This 11mm Four Tier Loop Fringe gives your old worn out boots buried in your closet a chance to shine once again. It has four layered loops giving the fringe more volume and length. This fringe will go beautifully onto the top portion of your boots to give it a bohemian touch, or straight across a leather handbag that needs a new look. With its 4 1/2" length, it’s long enough to cover any scratches and/or peels a pair of boots, or even your favorite handbag may have. It can be easily stitched, or glued if you’re not a fan of stitching. This fringe is available in one color.
